How we collect, use, and protect your data.
Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and how we handle it. By using Tasksist, you agree to the practices described here.
Tasksist uses agentic workflows powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) to execute your tasks. To generate results, we may send the following data to LLM providers on your behalf:
We strive to minimize shared data to what is necessary for correct operation. Do not include secrets or highly sensitive personal data in prompts. Store credentials in secure integrations/secret stores rather than in free‑text instructions.
Processing locations and retention may vary by LLM provider. Providers may temporarily log requests for abuse detection and reliability. We do not permit providers to use your content to train their models where such controls are available; if a provider’s defaults differ, we will choose the most private setting offered.
If you need us to delete prompt/response artifacts associated with a task execution, contact us using the information below. Deletion at the provider level is subject to each provider’s capabilities and policies.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with processors necessary to provide the service (e.g., infrastructure, email providers), each bound by appropriate data protection agreements.
We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your data. No method is 100% secure, but we continuously improve our safeguards.
